• Your rug will have been crafted entirely by hand using wool that has been naturally dyed.  No two rugs are therefore ever the same, ensuring that yours is unique and authentically handmade.  Minor variations in color, design and measurements (around 5%) should be expected.

• The rug is finished with approx 4-5" in (10-12 cm) long tassels along each end (measurements of the rug do not include length of tassels).

• Please email us at hello@ateliertalasin.com after placing your order if you would like your rug without tassels

• If you have selected a rug we have in stock (it will say “In Stock” next to the measurements in the drop down menu for Sizes) it will be shipped in 3 to 5 working days.

• If the rug is not in stock, we require 4 to 6 weeks to weave and prepare.

• Looking for a different color, design, size? We are here to help create the perfect piece for you.

• Send us a message below and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

• Hoover on a weekly basis, side to side with the beater bar on the highest setting. 

• For any spillages, spot clean straight away with warm water and a small amount of mild detergent. 

• Every two or three years (or more serious soiling), we recommend having the piece professionally cleaned.

All orders are final and we cannot accept returns. Please ensure all measurements, colors, and design are correct before submitting your order!
